Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Narayana Global Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us”), which runs Calendli. By creating an account or using Calendli, you accept them. If you use Calendli for a business or other organization, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Calendli lets you publish booking pages, take bookings and send booking emails. Things marked “Coming soon” are not available yet, and we may change or remove features as the product grows.

Everything available today is free to use. We will give you notice before charging for anything you already use.

• You must be at least 18 and give an email address you control.
• Keep access to your email and any sign-in provider secure: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your account.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.

You are responsible for your booking pages: their text, the questions you ask, your locations and meeting links, and how you use the details invitees give you.

• Tell invitees who you are and why you need what you ask for, and follow the data protection laws that apply to you.
• Ask only for what you need to arrange the meeting. Don't use questions to collect passwords, card or bank details, government ID numbers or health records.
• Keep your hours and meeting details up to date, and honour the bookings you accept.

Don't use Calendli to:

• send spam, or make bookings so that emails reach people who didn't ask for them;
• publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or harmful, or pretend to be someone else;
• collect data you have no right to collect;
• overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service, or test its security without our written permission;
• upload or link to malware.

We may remove content or pause a page that breaks these rules.

When someone books you, we email them a confirmation and reminders from our domain, with your name on them. Replies reach you. Don't give us addresses to email that you aren't allowed to use.

You keep the rights to what you add to Calendli. You allow us to store, show and send it as needed to run the service for you. Calendli, its design and its code belong to us.

Some features open other services, such as Google or Microsoft sign-in, video meeting links, calendar apps and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

Calendli is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every email will be delivered. Keep your own record of important appointments.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business, or missed appointments. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Calendli in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You can stop using Calendli at any time and delete your account yourself, in the Android app, in Settings, or without signing in. Upcoming bookings are canceled and the people who booked are told.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madhubani, Bihar have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for changes that matter, email hosts before they take effect. If you keep using Calendli after that, the new terms apply.
