Your account
Delete your account
You can delete your Calendli account and its data whenever you like: in the Android app, in your dashboard, or with the form on this page, without signing in. To make sure it's you, we email a 6-digit code to the account's address first.
In the Android app
- 1Open the Calendli app and sign in.
- 2Tap your initials at the top, then Settings.
- 3Scroll down and tap Delete account. The screen lists what will be deleted.
- 4Tap Email me a code, enter the 6-digit code we email you, and confirm with Delete account.
On the web
- 1Sign in at calendli.co and open Settings.
- 2Scroll to Delete account at the bottom, email yourself a code, enter it and confirm.
Can't sign in? Use the form on this page with your account's email.
A suspended account can't be deleted this way. Email narayanaglobalventures@gmail.com and we'll delete it for you.
What is deleted
As soon as you confirm, we delete:
- Your account: your name, email address, Google or Microsoft sign-in links, and every signed-in session on the web and in the app.
- Your profile and booking link, your booking pages, working hours, date overrides and time off.
- Every workspace you are the only owner of, with all its booking pages, bookings, contacts and settings. Its other members lose access.
- In a workspace that has other owners, you leave it and your booking pages there are deleted. The workspace stays with its owners.
- Sign-in codes waiting to be used.
Before anything is deleted, we cancel the upcoming bookings you host, and every upcoming booking in a workspace that is deleted. The people who booked get a cancellation email, so nobody turns up to a meeting that no longer exists.
What is kept
- A record that an account was deleted, with when and how many bookings and workspaces went with it. It doesn't include your name or email address.
- Records of changes our team made to your account, such as a suspension, which can include your email address. We keep these for security.
- In a workspace with other owners, its past bookings stay with that workspace.
- Bookings you made on other people's booking pages belong to those hosts' accounts. To have them deleted, ask the host, or write to us.
- Emails we already sent, such as confirmations and the cancellation emails, stay in the recipients' inboxes.
- If a cancellation email can't be delivered, the details needed to send it (the booking's time and the names and email addresses on it) are kept for up to 30 days so we can look into it, then removed.
- Copies in our encrypted database backups, until those backups are deleted after 30 days. Server logs are rotated automatically and kept only as long as we need them to run and secure the service.
Signing in again with the same email later starts a new, empty account. Questions? Write to narayanaglobalventures@gmail.com, or read our privacy policy.
